First anniversary of Ikura / イクラのお迎え記念日

Ikura came to our house last year on this day. We have been together for one year!
He was so friendly when I saw him for the first time. I remember he was so energetic on our way home...
He was a lovely baby and now he is still lovely and handsome too. Oh, he is so gentle and his smile always makes me happy.
I'm a lucky person to have such a wonderful budgie!
I really hope he will enjoy a long life and we can spend time together as long as possible.
Ikura, thank you very much for coming to our house.

今日はイクラのお迎え記念日です。１年前の今日、イクラが我が家にやってきました。
お店で初めて見た時にとってもフレンドリーだったイクラ。お迎えを決めて、一緒に家に帰る途中、元気いっぱいに騒いでいたイクラ。
ちょうどひとりでごはんを食べられるようになったヒナヒナのイクラにメロメロでしたが、今もなお、キュートさと美しさを兼ね備えています。
イクラの微笑みにいつも私は幸せを感じています。こんなステキなインコに出会えた私は、本当にラッキーですね。
これからもずっと元気に長生きして、1日も長く一緒に時間を過ごしていきたいと願ってやみません。
イクラ、生まれてきてくれてありがとう。我が家に来てくれて、本当にありがとう。
