How to make Namihei's life better / 波平の生活向上のために。

Yesterday I was really surprised when the crust on Namihei's beak area was dropped. It happened when I was giving her medicine in the morning and at first I thought her poo was dropped.
Then I realised it was the crust with suture.
Fortunately there was no bleeding and she looked fine as usual. Just in case I called the hospital and they said I wouldn't need to take her to the vet right away. Well, I'll take her to the vet on Sunday though.
By the way, now she has to stay in a plastic case to have a good rest without any risk. When I put its lid, the inside is too humid! I don't think it's good for her, so today I put the top of her cage instead. I think it works well. What else can I do to make her life better? That's what I always have to think from now on.

昨日、波平の手術した傷跡のかさぶたがとれて、びっくりしました。ちょうどお薬をあげているときで、フンでも落ちたのかと思ったら、まさかのかさぶた。縫合糸も一緒に取れました。
幸い出血もなく、様子も変わりなかったのですが、念のため病院にも確認してみました。出血がなく、ごはんも普通に食べているのであれば問題ないとのこと。いずれにしても、次の診察は日曜日です。
波平はまだ療養中なので、プラケースで生活をしています。これ、フタを閉めると、中の湿度がものすごく高くなってしまうんですね。そこで、今日はケージの天井をフタ代わりに置いてみました。なかなか良い感じです。なみちゃんの生活向上のために何ができるのか。これからずっと、考えていかなければいけないことですね。
