Namihei stays in hospital now.
I thought we would have had a lovely weekend without visiting the vet.
I got a phone call from my mum while I was away from home. Namihei was bleeding from the tumour on her beak. It was growing and it often bothered her. So I guess she hit it on somewhere by accident.
When I came back home, her cage was kind of a crime scene and I was really shocked. At least, Namihei was doing well. Then I took her to the vet.
Hmm... this is an important moment for her, because she is expecting to have a surgery. We can't wast her blood anymore. So I agreed with the vet and let her stay in hospital for a while.
If necessary, we will move up the surgery date. The vet will do the surgery with giving her a blood transfusion.
Anyway, I do believe everything is going to the right direction. I'll check her condition over the phone tomorrow. I really hope she is doing well.

波平、入院しました。
久々の通院のない週末を楽しむぞ～なんて思っていたのですが…。
昼間、外出中に母から電話があり、波平が血だらけになっているとのこと。
どうやらクチバシのところにできた腫瘍をぶつけてしまったようです。ここ数日、またちょっと大きくなっていて、波平自身も気にしている様子でした。
帰宅してケージを見てショックを受けました。本当に、犯罪現場じゃないかと思うほど、ケージ内も血だらけだったんです。急いで病院に連絡をし、夕方診察へ連れて行きました。
手術前の大事な時期に、これ以上血液を失ってしまうことは危険なこと。応急処置をしても、またすぐにぶつけてしまって、出血してしまう可能性があること。こうしたことを踏まえ、入院という結果に。心の準備が整っていなかったので、正直戸惑いましたが、今一番大切なのは波平の命です。
今の段階ではまだ何とも言えませんが、もしかしたら手術日をはやめ、輸血しながらの手術を行うことになるかもしれません。
波平の容態は、毎日電話で確認できるので（お見舞いは控えたほうがいいそうです）、まずは明日、確認ですね。
いつでも退院が決まってすぐにお迎えに行けるよう、職場にもプラケースを１つ置いておくことにします。
波平、強い子だから絶対に大丈夫です！
