Pulling out / 引っこ抜く。

Namihei does pull out her feathers again. She does it when she grooms herself.
When I came back home from work, I found many feathers left on the floor of her cage. I think this is because of the restless moulting, but is there any other reason?
She was in a bad mood today and didn't listen to me at all.
She did start pulling out her feathers after I let her sleep. It can't be helped, but I stopped covering her cage with a cover completely and let her see me from her cage. I'm sure it's too bright, but she seems to be sleeping well.

波平、また毛引きを始めました。羽繕い中に、どうやら引っこ抜いてしまうようです。
仕事から帰宅して、様子を見ると、やはり引っこ抜いたであろう羽がケージの床にたくさん落ちてました。これって、長引く換羽のせいだと思ってるのですが、他に何か理由があるのでしょうか？
今日はご機嫌ななめのなみちゃん。私の言うことなんてまったく聞いてくれません。
夜、寝かせてからまた毛引きを始めたので、仕方なく、おやすみカバーの正面は開けた状態に。これでなみちゃんは私のことをケージから見ることができます。照明が明るすぎると思いますが、それでもよく眠っているように見えます。
