Feathers of Hope / 希望の羽

Since Namihei finished her medicines, she has been doing well. Yet, I was still worried about her, because of the scar of the shots. I saw there was blood under her left wing and it looked so painful. Well, I decided to check there again. If it looked bad, I should take her hospital. When I saw under her wing, there were two new beautiful yellow feathers and the scar was gone! I was so relieved. She must have felt so awful and sick these days, but she did her best to recover. I'm so happy to be together and believe that she is an incredible budgie!

投薬を終えてからというもの、波平は元気にしています。それでも、注射したところが傷跡になっていることがとても心配でした。左羽の下は、血が固まったようになっていて、本当に痛そうにみえたんです。だから、またチェックしてみようと、もしひどくなっていたら病院へ連れて行こうと思ったわけです。羽の下を見てみると、なんと新しい黄色の美しい羽が２本生えているではありませんか。傷跡も消えていました！これまで、病気でつらい思いをしたなみちゃんは、一生懸命回復に向けて小さな体で頑張ってきたわけです。こうして今一緒にいられることがとても幸せだと感じると同時に、なみちゃんって、すごいインコなんだなぁと思わざるをえません。
