Foraging / フォージング

Have you ever heard of foraging toys? I've got one for Namihei, as she hasn't got many toys to play. Well, that's why she wants to destroy my stuff, I suppose.
Such toys help keep budgies busy and let them work to find their food.
I thought it would be fun for her to find seeds, but I was wrong. I totally forgot what Namihei was like. She was desperate to get seeds and looked obsessed. Anyway, she figured out how to get the seeds inside, so not too bad, Namihei!

フォージングという言葉を聞いたことがありますか？このフォージングおもちゃというものを、波平に与えてみました。なみちゃんがよく私のものを破壊するのは、きっとおもちゃが少ないと主張していたのでしょう。
このおもちゃ、どうやら頭を使ってエサをゲットするというものらしいんです。
きっと楽しんでくれるかなと思ってたのですが、飼い主間違ってました。なみちゃんの性格を完全に忘れてましたね。もう、中に入っているシードを食べるのに必死になってるんです。何かに取りつかれているのかと思うほど。まあ、ちゃんとシードを食べることができたんですから、良しとしましょうかね、なみちゃん。
