Don't panic! / 慌てないで！

A couple of days ago an earthquake occurred and it was pretty big. Namihei was already sleeping and we were both in my room at that time.
Then she was in panic and it wasn't easy to get her to settle down. She kept flying in her cage and I really worried that she may get hurt. I took her out and cuddled her for a while.
What if she gets panics when I'm away? I wish I could teach her how to conquer such situations. Now I just hope we won't face such difficulties and have a peaceful life together!

 数日前、地震があったのですが、結構揺れました。波平はちょうど眠っていたときで、私たちはふたりとも部屋にいました。地震が起きてすぐ、なみちゃんがパニックに陥り、落ち着かせるのにひと苦労。ケージの中を飛び回っていたので、怪我をするんじゃないかと心配で、ケージから出し、しばらく抱きかかえてました。
私がいない間にまたパニックになったらどうしよう。なみちゃんにそんな時の対処法を教えてあげられたら、どんなにいいでしょう。今はただ、そんな困難に面することなく、一緒に平和に暮らせることを願うばかりです。
